If a pricing mistake is found before shipping, we will contact you before completing your order.
Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party providers; Sand + Fog does not store full payment card details.
To ensure fair access, perfume oils are limited to five units per scent per customer; exceeding this will cause order cancellation.

Shipping Policies

We ship products to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check that your shipping information is accurate, as we cannot reroute packages after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the possession of the carrier.
Sand + Fog will assist with tracking but is not responsible for delays or lost packages handled by the carrier.
